“ Very poor delivery service - but please read rest of post. Order placed at 6.00pm for delivery. Order accepted and advised 6.30 arrival of food. 7.00 no food arrived. Phone call to find out why - told very busy with lots of orders, should be with you shortly. 7.40 no food arrived. Another call to be told they were very busy but should get order by 8.00. Call at 8.20 to say very busy but just packing order now - fast food, 2 hours 20mins maybe not. Order cancelled. Shop called the following day to apologise for last night's problems. Explained why there were problems and offered to resolve on next visit. Good customer service, dealing with an issue beyond their control, but took time out to phone today to explain. ”
